The Zone3 Power Stroke paddles are available in three sizes and are designed to build upper body strength by increasing the resistance with each pull through the water.
Each paddle features a neon orange panel on the thumb area to help allow the swimmer to concentrate on their technique and ensure it is the thumb/fore finger entering the water first. This is an important technique point to ensure that the hand enters the water with the least resistance and the rest of the hand enters smoothly as the shoulder and hip rotation takes place.
The hand paddles are made from polypropylene making them extremely durable, lightweight and flexible. There is a raised area on the palm to help support the natural shape of your hand and a large number of strap configurations available to ensure a comfortable fit.

De Zone3 Power Stroke peddels zijn verkrijgbaar in drie maten en zijn ontworpen om kracht op te bouwen in het bovenlichaam door de weerstand te verhogen bij elke haal door het water.
Elke peddel heeft een neon oranje paneel op de duim om de zwemmer te helpen zich te concentreren op zijn techniek en ervoor te zorgen dat de duim/voorvinger als eerste het water ingaat. Dit is een belangrijk techniekpunt om ervoor te zorgen dat de hand met de minste weerstand het water ingaat en de rest van de hand soepel het water ingaat terwijl de schouder- en heuprotatie plaatsvindt.
De handpeddels zijn gemaakt van polypropyleen waardoor ze extreem duurzaam, licht en flexibel zijn. Er is een verhoogd gedeelte op de handpalm om de natuurlijke vorm van je hand te ondersteunen en er is een groot aantal bandconfiguraties beschikbaar voor een comfortabele pasvorm.
